With the founding of LeGer GmbH, an independent fashion brand based in Berlin has been established – known for modern, feminine and style-conscious designs.In this role, you will take responsibility for the creative development of our collections – from the initial idea to the final product. You have a strong sense of silhouette, proportion, colour and product, translate trends into a modern and commercially relevant handwriting, and work closely with Product Development, Buying and our international partners.We are looking for a personality with strong design expertise, a refined aesthetic eye and a clear understanding of what makes a product relevant, desirable and wearable today. YOUR TASKS Creative development and design of new styles in line with the LeGer brand identity.Research and analysis of trends, silhouettes, colours, materials, finishes and relevant market movements.Translation of trends and sources of inspiration into independent, contemporary and commercially strong product ideas.Development of collection themes, moodboards, colour worlds and visual design concepts.Creation of precise flat sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.Development of design ideas into clear and actionable product briefings for Product Development and suppliers.Selection of fabrics, colours, trims and finishing details in close collaboration with Product Development.Development of prints, placement ideas, typography and labelling in collaboration with the Graphic Design team.Continuous support of styles throughout the development process, with a focus on fit, proportion, design statement and commercial relevance.Close collaboration with Product Development, Buying, Marketing and external production partners.Openness to new creative wa
