Your Role

The Associate Product Developer is an individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development and execution of product from design intent through production. This role creates and maintains development documents and reports, ensuring timeframes are consistently met across sample tracking, systems maintenance and cross-functional communication.

This position may support more than one product category. Your Impact

Supports development of new products, from design ideation phase through final sample approvals by attending milestone meetings such as tech pack pass-off meetings, Color blitz, Line Review and Details meeting

Supports tech pack pass-off at the category level, working with design and regional office to answer development questions

Positions color sample yardage for Line Review Samples

Initiates proto and color sample requests with vendors and regional offices

Tracks yardage & sample readiness for color samples & protos

Checks samples for accuracy and works with vendor/region on sample accuracy and quality callouts

Creates and maintains seasonal development trackers

Manages all BOM’s in Centric PLM Communicates with vendor base on any changes to BOM’s or color components throughout development cycle
