In this role, you take ownership of creating impactful visual assets across brand, product, and marketing touchpoints leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and scalability. You actively shape campaigns, packaging, and communication materials while growing your design expertise in an international environment.
Menu of Responsibilities
You will be part of our Marketing Team consisting of 6 employees and will be responsible for:Owning the creation of visual assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
Designing and executing packaging artwork, including preparing files for print production
Developing brand-compliant assets across different markets and channels, ensuring consistency and quality
Creating assets for launch campaigns (e.g. social, POS, and basic video/motion content)Designing materials for trade fairs, events, and internal and external presentations
Managing multiple design tasks in parallel and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Ingredients for SuccessA few years of proven experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication
Practical experience using AI tools for image or video creation in a design workflow
Understanding of packaging design and print production processes
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and take ownership of tasks
Fluent in English; every other language is beneficial
