We are seeking an exceptionally creative and innovative Fashion Designer to join our core design team. In this role, you will be custodian to the visual and structural evolution of our heritage garments. Your primary focus will be conceptualizing, designing, and executing bespoke Rajputi Poshaks, ultra-luxury bridal couture, and high-fashion ensembles that balance historical authenticity with contemporary luxury.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep reverence for traditional Indian textiles, master-level understanding of embroidery, and an innate ability to translate rich cultural themes into unique, breathtaking silhouettes. You must be an adaptive researcher, a skilled illustrator, and a visionary storyteller through fabric and drape.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptual Design & Theme Work: Develop seasonal themes, mood boards, and unique design concepts that align with Dhiyaa Couture’s core philosophy of "quiet power" and "timeless femininity. " Bring fresh, innovative, and original design ideas to every collection.
Rajputi Poshak & Bridal Specialization: Research, conceptualize, and design authentic yet reimagined Rajputi Poshaks and bridal heirloom pieces, ensuring structural respect for heritage attire while infusing high-fashion luxury elements.
Artwork & Embroidery Development: Create intricate, detailed artwork for hand-embroidery (Zardozi, G
