Deliverables Design modern, on-trend apparel collections tailored to client specifications and brand guidelines Develop detailed tech packs for production, including specifications, materials, and construction details Produce realistic mockups and visual presentations for client approval Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to interpret client needs and translate them into compelling designs Oversee the design process from concept through to production-ready files, ensuring timely delivery and premium quality Maintain and update a portfolio of completed projects and design assets

Requirements Proven experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom garment work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design software In-depth understanding of garment construction, production methods, and fabric selection Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Experience developing tech packs and working with manufacturers is essential High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a premium, fashion-forward aesthetic Availability for part-time, contract-based work; remote applicants welcome
