Women's Wear Designer

As this brand continues to grow globally, they're looking for a talented Womenswear Designer to join their Design team. Seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for premium product and a strong understanding of the modern womenswear market.

You'll play a key role in developing seasonal activewear collections, working closely with their Senior Designer and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that define the brand.

What you'll be doing:Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept through to completion. Research trends, fabrics, silhouettes and new ideas that align with their aesthetic. Create detailed design packs to ensure a seamless handover to the Development team.

Attend fittings and collaborate closely with Product Development to maintain design integrity throughout the process. Mentor and support Junior Designers. Maintain key collection documents, including collection overviews, sourcing packs and performance reviews.

Help ensure seasonal calendars and key deadlines are met. Support the presentation of seasonal collections to the Sales team. We're looking for someone with:A degree in Fashion Design or an equivalent qualification. 4+ years' experience in a Womenswear Design role, ideally activewear

Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and fabric performance. A passion for premium womenswear with an exceptional eye for detail. Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.
