Senior Designer - Next Interior (m/f/d)

The Senior Designer Interior is responsible for developing and delivering advanced and production interior design proposals that embody Kia’s global design strategy and “Opposites United” philosophy. This role combines strong creative execution with technical understanding and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that design intent is carried through every phase of the project - from initial ideation to production readiness.

The role includes contributing independently to multiple high-profile projects and actively supporting the team with design leadership in selected areas. Your Responsibilities

Interior Design Development

Create compelling and innovative interior design proposals in both 2D and 3D. Translate conceptual ideas into feasible interior solutions with a strong understanding of proportion, surface quality, and design detail. Ensure that interior design proposals align with Kia’s identity, feasibility standards, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with modelling teams (clay and digital) to iterate and refine surfaces and forms across project phases. Project Collaboration

Handle multiple design tasks independently, ensuring timely delivery of assets across design phases. Participate in project reviews, presentations, and milestone check-ins with cross-functional and global teams. Coordinate with engineering, visualization, and product planning to maintain design intent from concep
