Product Development Coordinator - RTW/Outerwear

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Development Coordinator for RTW & Outerwear to support the end-to-end development of collections. This individual will play a key role in partnering with cross-functional teams—including design, merchandising, sourcing, and production—to bring innovative, high-quality products to market on time and within budget.

Support the product development lifecycle from concept through production

Partner closely with Design to track seasonal developments, ensuring accuracy of materials, trims, colors, and construction details

Maintain and update product data in PLM systems, including styles, BO Ms (bill of materials), specs, and cost information

Track and manage sample development, including proto, SMS, and pre-production samples, ensuring timely delivery and approvals

Communicate regularly with overseas vendors and factories to follow up on developments, timelines, and issue resolution

Assist with costing processes, including gathering quotes, tracking changes, and ensuring alignment with target margins

Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain calendars, milestone trackers, and WIP reports

Support sourcing initiatives, including material development and vendor communication

Identify and escalate development risks proactively to ensure timelines are met

Qualifications1–3 years of experience in product development, production, or merchandising within fashion or accessories

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience working with PLM systems and Excel proficiency

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams and global partners

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Passion for accessories and an understanding of current fashion trends is a plus
