Senior Designer, Tennis Apparel Color Design

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role sits within Nike’s Sport Performance Apparel Color Design team, partnering closely with Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development. The position reports to the Color Design Director and collaborates across the design triad to shape color excellence at both the product and collection level.

They stay tuned into athlete insight, sport-style trends, and the evolving landscape of apparel, color, and material innovation. They are a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural collaborator who builds resonant, narrative-rich color stories.

They bring deep expertise in color technology—materials, dyes, finishes, and achievability—and know how to translate research and storytelling into compelling, actionable palettes. They lead with curiosity, embrace iteration, and navigate change with confidence.
