The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,500. 00 in our lowest geographic market to $220,400. 00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Information about benefits can be found here . WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH On a day-to-day basis you will be working with a wide range of internal partners including Footwear and Apparel Designers, Developers, and Product Line Managers.

You will be working collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver creative solutions in line with the NikeSKIMS Design Ethos. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet timelines, ensure feasibility of designs, while building consensus around your work and thinking.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for an Lead Designer, for Footwear & Apparel Color for NikeSKIMS to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to help build the Color identity of this new brand.

The ideal candidate needs to elevate the consumer product experience with a focus on both the art & science of color. In this role, you will drive an emotional connection to apparel & footwear through narrative and storytelling.

This role requires passion and creativity, along with versatility and focus to see designs through the product creation process. This designer is a dedicated team player that knows how to collaborate, receive feedback, and manage multiple projects at any given time.

This designer can also translate complex insights into authentic narratives and create compelling solutions that will help define the future of NikeSKIMS. Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training 5+ years of progressively technically challenging Color design experience Demonstrated knowledge of Macintosh computers using Photoshop, Free Hand and/or Illustrator Proficiency with digital tools (Midjourney, Vizcom, New
