WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll collaborate closely with EMEA Color, Material, Graphic, and Footwear Product Designers, partnering across APLA, GC, and North America geo GEL teams. You’ll work alongside global design counterparts and cross-functional partners in Development, Product Line Management, and Graphics to bring seasonal narratives and product excellence to life.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a creative, curious Designer II who brings strong local cultural awareness and a passion for storytelling through color, materials, and graphics. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are energized by turning insights into compelling, consumer-right design.
You combine strong visual communication with thoughtful execution and are motivated to grow your strategic and merchandising mindset while delivering high-quality seasonal work. Degree in Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent design experience Strong foundation in color, material, and graphic design principles (including prints, patterns, and AO Ps) Understanding of European trends and consumer insights Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac Organized self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple seasons WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will bring seasonal stories to life through color, materials, and graphics, translating European insights into distinctive footwear design.
You will collaborate across teams to deliver compelling narratives that connect with EMEA consumers and elevate product excellence. You will build seasonal color palettes, material stories, and CA Ds aligned to trend insights and strategy You will create graphic narratives, patterns, and prints that resonate with EMEA consumers You will execute product details, review samples, and communicate updates to ensure timely delivery You will maintain seasonal updates and footwear product consistency across categories You will research fashion, art, sport, and design to stay
