WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer with exceptional craft and a distinct point of view to lead and elevate women’s product expression. This role brings a modern sensibility for women’s product, a strong understanding of culture and style, and the ability to translate insights into compelling, product-relevant graphics.

This person moves fluidly between concept and execution—setting direction, staying hands-on, and elevating the work of others through clear thinking, strong taste, and collaborative leadership. The ideal candidate understands how graphics live on product—not just in campaigns—and balances trend, brand voice, and consumer relevance.

The team connects seasonal business priorities to elevated graphic storytelling, shaping product at the intersection of sport, style, and culture. The role leverages graphics, typography, illustration, color, and trim to deliver an elevated, consumer-relevant brand point of view in the marketplace through strategic vision, design direction, storytelling, and editing.
