Who are you? We are looking for a talented creative designer to complement our team and working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry, this will primarily be supporting the German market. The role will be aligned to deliver on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focusing on digital and print asset creation, adaptation and refresh.

Must have visual communication skills including: graphic design, layout, and typography, be comfortable in multiple workstream environments. Will execute on a variety of digital, on-line, and print deliverables which include websites, banners, Interactive PDF’s, interactive visual aids, brochures, product packaging.

Job Description:Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch, creating creative concepts

Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts, working to create adaptations and updates from existing materials

Work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management and production teams on briefs, and project deliverables

Ensure that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print (final artworks) and digital creative executions (source files). Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects

Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines

Ability to develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions

Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements

Ideal Profile:Should possess 3-5 years digital and print design experience including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience. Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies.

Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; additional platforms such as Firefly, Figma and Sketch/3D a plus
