Kapoor Industries is looking for a creative and talented Jr. Designer - Home Textiles/Towels to join our team! Based in the NY Metropolitan Area will work well independently as part of our hybrid team, spending minimum of 3 days per week in the office and two days working remotely from home environment.

In office days will be determined by business needs at times may be full time in office. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for color, texture and pattern, and the ability to communicate well in a collaborative, creative environment.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who is inspired by the challenge of creating innovative woven bath, beach and kitchen towel collections. With the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Qualifications

Strong foundation in textiles, including understanding of fabrics, finishes, and textile construction. Skills in embroidery and textile prints, with the ability to translate concepts into production-ready designs. Graphics and graphic design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard design software (Photoshop a must).

Attention to detail, color sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and design direction. Relevant education in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.

Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or entry-level experience in textile or fashion design is an advantage. Requir
