Senior Designer, Accessories Innovation Design

WHO WE ARE Accessories Innovation Design explores the future of Nike Accessories & Equipment through product innovation, material exploration, athlete insights, and rapid experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of Design, Innovation, Development, and Product Creation.

We are looking for a designer who is curious, hands-on, and passionate about creating new solutions that elevate athlete and consumer experiences. You will help shape future opportunities, transform emerging ideas into tangible concepts, and contribute to the long-term evolution of Nike Accessories & Equipment.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will work closely with a broad team of partners, including Product Design, Product Development, Materials Design, Engineering, Product Management, Innovation Teams, and external manufacturing and technology partners.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience & training. 5+ years of relevant product design experience Experience in accessories, equipment, footwear, or related consumer product categories Strong product design, visualization, and storytelling skills Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes Ability to translate athlete and consumer insights into meaningful product solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong cross-functional col
