What you'll be doing:Leading the design and development of seasonal collections across multiple product categories Driving fresh creative concepts while staying true to brand DNA Translating trends, customer insight, and market opportunities into standout product Creating CA Ds, tech packs, prints, and embroidery concepts Managing the full design process from concept through to fit and final sign-off Working closely with suppliers on fabrics, trims, and product innovation Collaborating with buying, merchandising, production, and garment tech teams Supporting and mentoring junior team members Taking inspiration from global trends, competitors, and customer behaviours

What we're looking for:Significant experience in womenswear design within a fashion brand or retailer Strong commercial handwriting with an eye for print, colour, shape, and detail Proven success delivering commercially strong collections in a fast-paced environment Excellent CAD and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills Strong garment construction and fabric knowledge Experience working directly with international suppliers
