About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Product Designer to join Treats Studios and Treats Kids. This is a unique opportunity to become the sole designer across two fast-growing brands, owning the product development process from initial concept through to production.

You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing collections to life, balancing creativity with exceptional organisation and technical accuracy. You’ll work closely with the founders, suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring products are not only beautifully designed but delivered on time and to the highest standard.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves owning projects from start to finish, and has excellent technical knowledge alongside a strong creative eye. Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development⁠ ⁠Develop new products across Treats Studios and Treats Kids. ⁠ ⁠Create commercially strong, trend-aware collections aligned with each brand’s identity. ⁠ ⁠Produce detailed CA Ds, technical drawings and specification packs for factories.

⁠ ⁠Create accurate and comprehensive tech packs ready for sampling and production. ⁠ ⁠Amend products following fit sessions, supplier feedback and development reviews. ⁠ ⁠Support colour, material and trim selection throughout development.

Graphics & Creative⁠ ⁠Create original graphics, prints, embroidery artwork and placement designs. ⁠ ⁠Produce artwork suitable for both apparel and accessories. ⁠ ⁠Prepare production-ready Illustrator files for manufacturers.

⁠ ⁠Support branding and packaging artwork where required. ⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency across all product graphics and visual assets. Product Development⁠ ⁠Manage products through the full development lifecycle. ⁠ ⁠Liaise directly with suppliers regarding samples, amendments and approvals.
