We're looking for an exceptional Womenswear Designer to help shape the next chapter of Casablanca's Womenswear collections. Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Womenswear, you will lead the creative development of collections from concept through to final product, ensuring each piece reflects Casablanca's distinctive identity while introducing fresh, innovative ideas.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of contemporary luxury fashion, exceptional design sensibility and the ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness. You will play a key role in delivering collections that exemplify the highest standards of craftsmanship, innovation and quality.

Research and develop seasonal, continuity and capsule collection concepts, themes, colour palettes, fabrics and silhouettes that align with Casablanca's creative vision and brand strategy. Produce inspiring mood boards, design presentations, Product Range Lists and supporting creative materials.
