Job Title: Designer – Belts & Fashion Accessories

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially driven designer with a strong understanding of brand identity and positioning. This individual will bring expertise across fashion accessories—including belts, hats, gloves, scarves, and seasonal toppers—and will play a key role in developing innovative, trend-right products that resonate with the target customer.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for trend, color, and material, along with strong technical design skills and the ability to translate concepts into market-ready product. Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Development

Design and develop seasonal collections across belts and fashion accessories (hats, gloves, scarves, toppers) Create trend-right, brand-appropriate designs that align with seasonal direction and customer needs Develop concepts from initial inspiration through final production, ensuring consistency with brand DNA Trend Research & Creative Direction

Research global trends, materials, colors, and silhouettes to inform product direction Translate fashion trends into commercially viable designs Present seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes to internal teams Technical Design & Execution

Create detailed sketches and technical flats using Adobe Illustrator Develop tech packs, including construction details, materials, trims, and specifications Partner with product development and production teams to ensure accurate execution Material & Color Development

Source and develop materials, hardware, and trims specific to belts and accessories Build cohesive color stories and ensure consistency across categories Collaborate with vendors to achieve desired quality, cost, and aesthetic Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to align product with business goals Incorporate feedback from sales performance and customer insights into design iterations Support line reviews and presentatio
