The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to join our growing Design team! In this role you will lead the design and development of BABYBOO's tailoring, suiting, outerwear, lounge, denim, jersey and knitwear categories, alongside the new category capability we're building for 2027.

Reporting to the Founder and Head of Product, you'll conceive, develop and deliver elevated products across these growth categories, translating BABYBOO’s signature aesthetic into refined, high-impact collections and building global premium positioning.

This is a genuine build role. The categories are new, the design infrastructure is being built, and the opportunity to shape the brand's expansion is real. Candidates need to be comfortable operating with creative ambition and commercial discipline simultaneously.

Please ensure your application includes an up to date portfolio including CAD examples. You will Lead design of Tailoring, Outerwear, Lounge, Denim, Jersey & Knits including silhouette architecture, fabrication direction and option mix within defined OTB guardrails.

Work closely with the Head of Product and planning team to ensure new categories are commercially viable and milestone-aligned. Contribute to category case development as scope expands Work in close partnership with the design team, consistent direction across premium and core collections, no duplication.
