Role Description The Senior Technical Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for translating design concepts into fully realized, production-ready garments by developing detailed technical packages, ensuring accurate specs, and overseeing fit and construction standards across categories.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with design and product development teams, managing fittings, analyzing sample quality, and making pattern and construction recommendations to achieve both aesthetic and performance goals.

The Senior Technical Designer will partner with factories and vendors to resolve technical issues, maintain consistency in grading and sizing, and support timelines from prototype through bulk production. This position also contributes to process improvement, documentation of best practices.

Responsibilities:Understand and execute company product vision, business strategy while considering the broader product objectives beyond immediate pattern and technical needs. Have a comfort level with all women's classifications (technical outerwear, woven,cut and sew knit, knits, tops and bottoms) and product categories.
