WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Nike Energy is looking for a bold, open-minded Product Graphic Designer to help shape the future of our brand through groundbreaking collaborations across apparel and footwear. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity—someone who approaches the unknown with curiosity and transforms challenges into creative opportunities through collaboration.

This role demands a designer who balances art and science—blending cultural insight, visual innovation, and technical craft. You’ll deliver design solutions that connect trend, design, development, and manufacturing in partnership with both internal and external teams.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON & WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You’ll report directly to the ENERGY – Graphic Design Director and work alongside Graphic peers, Footwear and Apparel Designers, Color Designers, Materials Designers, Developers, and Product Line Managers.

Your focus will be creating original graphics, prints, trims, and packaging that meet each product’s unique needs. Every project is its own world—and you’ll help weave those worlds together with Nike’s vision. 1– 4+ years of directly relevant work experience. Genuine passion for current and emerging design trends—including contemporary art, sports, streetwear, and youth culture. Proven ability to create concepts, iterate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary product and creative team.
