As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Textile Designer to join our design team. Who You Are

You’re a creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong background in textiles and fabric construction. You understand how design translates from concept to production and are comfortable collaborating across teams and with suppliers.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance creativity with technical know-how, and are passionate about developing textiles that are both innovative and commercially successful. The Role

As a Home Textile Designer, you will report to the Senior Designer and work closely with the broader textile team. Your primary focus will be driving the end-to-end design and development of textiles across bedding, bath, table linens, kitchen textiles, beach towels, and home décor.

From trend research and concept development through fabric construction and production, you will create original, commercially viable designs that balance aesthetics, quality, cost, and manufacturability. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, and global suppliers to bring concepts to market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer to join a fast-paced team and contribute to the development of customer-specific product lines. Responsibilities

Participate in design and trend research, identifying emerging trends, techniques, color directions, and product concepts

Develop original artwork for home textiles, including surface patterns; hand drawing and painting as needed

Learn and maintain an ongoing understanding of Core Home’s creative direction, brand aesthetic, and design language
