YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTMAIN PURPOSE The ideal candidate will manage the entire product development lifecycle for the Leather Goods category. They will serve as a strategic and operational bridge between the Design Team, Merchandising, and technical departments (Pattern Making, Prototyping, Materials Research, Costing, Engineering, and Industrialization).

The main objective is to ensure that the product meets creative and commercial expectations, respecting the seasonal calendar while continuously improving product quality. Job ResponsibilitiesYOUR IMPACT Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Technical Coordination

Interpret sketches and creative inputs from the Design Office

Collaborate with pattern makers to translate ideas into clear technical information

Oversee prototyping and sample creation with the internal atelier

Manage external suppliers for sample production within deadlines

Collect technical feedback on prototypes to optimize subsequent phases

Data & PLM Management

Enter technical data into the PLM system to track collection progress

Compile technical sheets for prototypes and samples

Define technical combinations and material pairings in the system

Verify Bills of Materials (BOM) for samples to ensure cost accuracy

Planning & Monitoring

Ensure adherence to the development calendar deadlines

Monitor the availability and arrival of required materials with the Research team

Prepare product reviews in advance to gather improvement points

Act as the key point of contact for Design, Marketing, and Operations

ProfilePROFILE Minimum 6 years of experience in product development, specifically within the Luxury Leather Goods sector Excellent command of English (mandatory); knowledge of French is a strong plus
