Manchester Up to £35,000 DOE We're working with an exciting and fast-growing apparel brand that's looking to add a Junior Garment Tech / Product Developer to its expanding product team. Focusing on fashion and streetwear collections, you'll play a key role in taking products from development through to production, working closely with suppliers to ensure every garment looks great, fits perfectly and meets the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 3+ years' experience who's looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced business where they'll have real influence on the product. You'll be responsible for:Overseeing garments through the development process from first sample to production

Leading fit sessions and providing clear technical feedback to suppliers

Working closely with overseas factories to manage samples and critical path deadlines

Reviewing garment construction, quality and fit to ensure products meet brand standards

Supporting testing, compliance and quality control across the collection

We're looking for someone with:Around 3+ years' experience in Garment Technology or Product Development

Experience across fashion, streetwear or lifestyle apparel

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and manufacturing

Excellent organisation and communication skillsA commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail
