Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Community Bible Church (CBC) is seeking a highly skilled and visually driven Graphic Designer to support the church’s creative vision across print, digital, apparel, and large-format environments. This role requires a designer with advanced Photoshop capabilities, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to translate broad creative direction into excellent, timely deliverables.

Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Designer, and Creative Manager, to produce high-quality artwork for sermon series, ministry communications, events, campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing both conceptual development and production execution. Essential Functions

Translate verbal and written creative direction into clear, compelling design solutions across multiple mediums

Develop visual branding for sermon series, major events, ministry campaigns, and churchwide initiatives

Meet with internal ministry partners to identify goals, design needs, and communication strategies

Produce initial concepts for review and make revisions based on feedback from creative leadership

Design & Production

Create and format artwork for digital platforms, social media, print collateral, signage, screen-based environments, web graphics, and apparel

Adapt and resize existing artwork into multiple formats with accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure consistency in visual standards while supporting innovative and forward-thinking design approaches

Collaborate with videographers on graphic elements incorporated into motion content. Determine recommended production methods, materials, and print specifications as needed
