We're passionate about connecting people to natural alternatives. Let’s Talk about the Role As part of the Global Apparel Product Creation team at icebreaker, the Senior Designer, Global Apparel will conceptualise, design and deliver creative projects that support the global business needs.

This role focuses on men’s and women’s outdoor lifestyle apparel and requires a balance of creativity, commercial awareness and practical execution. Core Responsibilities Create apparel that meets expectations for design quality, value and cost.

Lead the design of outdoor lifestyle apparel using natural fibres across a broad range of categories, from knits to wovens. Develop styles that respond to relevant trends and consumer needs while staying true to the icebreaker brand.

Ensure designs are practical, commercially viable and aligned with business needs. Work closely with cross functional team members in Product Development and Merchandising to deliver the right product execution for the target consumer.

Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams on special projects, including brand collaborations. Support the Design team in overseeing external resources and related administration, including the processing of invoices.
