Job Summary:The Experiential Designer is responsible for bringing the eos brand to life through immersive physical experiences that inspire consumers, creators, retail partners, and employees. Reporting to the VP of Design, this role will concept, design, and execute creative assets for events, pop-ups, trade shows, retail activations, creator experiences, and internal meetings while also owning the design and development of branded merchandise and swag.
This role blends creative thinking with hands-on production, ensuring every touchpoint—from large-scale event environments to the smallest giveaway item—reflects the eos brand with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Design immersive brand experiences including pop-ups, trade shows, retail activations, creator events, press events, and internal meetings. Develop creative concepts that extend the eos brand into physical environments. Create environmental graphics, signage, displays, wayfinding, photo moments, installations, and event collateral.
Produce presentation decks, mood boards, renderings, and production-ready artwork for experiential projects. Partner with Marketing, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Social, PR, and Design teams to bring campaigns to life. Event Creative Production

Prepare production files and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality execution. Conduct press checks and production reviews when needed. Swag & Merchandise
