PURPOSE The Senior Product Developer – Performance Apparel plays a key role in the development of high-performance technical sportswear, transforming creative concepts into innovative, manufacturable, and technically advanced products.

This role combines extensive expertise in high-performance apparel product development, in-depth knowledge of materials and garment technologies, a strong design sensibility, and excellent organizational skills to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, fit, and brand positioning.

The Senior Product Developer works closely with the Design, Pattern Making, Materials, Production teams, and external suppliers, managing the entire product development lifecycle - from initial concept through final validation and industrialization.

The role requires significant experience in developing high-performance technical garments, with a strong focus on performance fabrics (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch, etc. ) and the implementation of innovative construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Linea Rossa Apparel Design team to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, ensuring product feasibility, design consistency, and manufacturing sustainability. Manage and oversee the entire product development process, from prototype launch through final validation, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Lead the development of high-performance technical garments, with particular focus on innovative performance materials (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch, etc. ) and advanced garment construction techniques. Liaise with pattern m
