com . What will you do? A day in the life of an Associate designer – Women’s Apparel at The North Face looks a little like this. You’ll work with and support the team on elevating design expression and creating best-in-industry performance and performance inspired apparel focusing on women’s that can take people to the far corners of the world, in style and comfort.

You will support the women’s Apparel Design Team on the creation and execution of seasonal product design work. You will work on product that is built for Snow / Climb / Trail, and also lifestyle product that is inspired by these territories.

You will work with and support the design team with seasonal research, tool updates, concepts, product design and tech-packing. You execute and create low complexity level products with direction from designers and the design manager, with a defined scope.

You’re a collaborative member of the design team and work with cross functional partners. You focus on learning foundational skills within design process, systems, DNA, brand culture + build cross functional collaboration.
