Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sleepwear Fashion Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative, comfortable, and trend-forward sleepwear collections that align with our brand identity and customer preferences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept through production to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands. Key Responsibilities

Design seasonal sleepwear collections for women, men, and/or children. Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, prints, and silhouettes relevant to the sleepwear and loungewear market. Develop original concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packs.

Select appropriate fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments that balance comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. Collaborate with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Review prototypes and fit samples, providing detailed comments and revisions. Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and production requirements. Stay informed about consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Maintain accurate design documentation and meet project deadlines. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably specializing in sleepwear,Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical design skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Experience creating technical sketches and garment specifications. Knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of color, print, pattern development, and trend forecasting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
