We are building a first-class design team, and we are currently looking to fill a Designer level position that will focus on designing and developing great products for Menswear Everlane Customers.

This includes shirting, knitwear, casual and tailored bottoms, as well as support on both technical and tailored outerwear. As the Menswear Designer, you are passionate, enthusiastic, and rigorous, with an obsessive eye for detail.

You will bring your designs to life by reviewing samples, attending fittings, and collaborating with product development, merchandising, and production teams. Our brand ethos and design aesthetic is one of purity and simplicity; less is more.

Our vision is to create perfect and timeless wardrobe pieces for every Everlane customer. We rely on a thorough editing process to get these essential pieces just right, from fabric to fit, to drape and construction. It is strongly encouraged that you include your portfolio/website with your application.

Your day-to-day:Report to and support the Director of Design in the creation of menswear product

Initiate designs beginning with thorough research and inspirational images

Work closely with other members of the design team to develop cohesive seasonal productgrouping

Hand sketch initial ideas, and computer sketch final ideas

Creation of technical packages, incredible attention to detail & construction

Communicate and collaborate with Raw Materials, Tech teams, and Production teams to ensure optimal product developmentAI, CLO and Pro
