Role Description The Design and Product Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Smethwick. The coordinator will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through production, including assisting with design development, sample management, and specification updates for workwear and PPE ranges.

Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing product information, liaising with designers, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensuring that product data, measurements, materials, and compliance details are accurate and up to date.

The role will also involve tracking timelines, preparing documentation, maintaining style and color libraries, and contributing to continuous improvements in fit, functionality, and quality. The coordinator will work closely with operations, sales, and customer service to ensure products meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Qualifications Post Name: Design & Product Coordinator

What to do : Create and develop new product designs, bespoke customer solutions, branding artwork, trims, print, embroidery, and heat-seal graphics. Manage product content, including website and customer portal updates, product imagery, declarations of conformity, feature updates, and customer mock-ups.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams as directed by the Manager to support technical queries and project requirement
