This role owns everything required to turn concepts into producible, on-cost, fit-approved samples that are ready for bulk production. This role is ideal for a seasoned product developer who can run categories independently.

You are equally comfortable holding a fit session, negotiating a cost sheet, and flagging a construction risk before it becomes a missed date. tomboyx embraces a hybrid work model, with all roles working both remotely and onsite at our Seattle office each week.

RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Product Development Own the full product development process, receiving Design Hand-Offs and shepherding innovative products, core refreshes, and counter-development successful to a Pre-Production Hand-Off.

Maintain the development calendar for all internal milestones: sample rounds, proto/fit/pre-production against vendor lead times. Own costing: negotiate with vendors/factories to hit target margins without compromising fit or quality standards.

Arrange and manage 3rd party lab testing and in-factory audits and in-house testing. Flag feasibility, cost, and timeline risk to the Sr. Designer, Production Manager, and Director of Produ
