Delphine – Women’s Eveningwear & Cocktail – Fulltime

About the Job:We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of Delphine, our women's eveningwear brand. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that will partner with the Creative Director to develop each collection from concept through final production.

Working closely with Product Development, Technical Design, and domestic and overseas factory partners, you will oversee every stage of the design process—from seasonal research and sketching to fittings, fabric development, and final approvals.

Responsibilities:Lead the seasonal design process for Delphine across all categories, developing cohesive collections that align with the brand's aesthetic, business objectives, and customer.

Research seasonal trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, embellishment techniques, and market opportunities to create commercially successful collections. Create original sketches, CA Ds, technical flats, and detailed design packages for development and production.

Select fabrics, trims, laces, embroideries, prints, and embellishments that support the design vision while meeting costing and production requirements. Collaborate closely with Product Development throughout the development process to ensure designs are executed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Review and approve prototypes, fit samples, SMS, and pre-production samples, providing clear and detailed comments to domestic and overseas factories. Attend fit sessions and work with Technical Design to achieve desired fit, proportion, construction, and overall garment quality.
