Perry Ellis International is seeking a creative, highly organized Associate Textile Designer to join our art and design team in Miami, FL. Reporting directly to the Art Director, this position focuses 100% on pure creative execution—developing original, brand-specific prints, patterns, and surface artwork across a wide array of men’s, women’s, golf, Latin, and sleepwear lines.

You will translate seasonal trends into original painted, drawn, or digitally created artwork, cleaning prints, color-reducing files, and ensuring all assets are technical, production-ready, and delivered on strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Original Artwork & Print Creation: Create original textile prints, patterns, and surface artwork (including hand-painted florals, watercolors, and fine-art layouts) that align with seasonal concept directions across multiple brands.

Production & Technical Preparation: Execute advanced print technicals—color-reducing, cleaning artwork, indexing colors, setting up production-ready mechanicals, and putting designs into seamless repeat for global factories and vendors.

Multi-Brand Execution: Balance a high-volume workload across multiple brand portfolios (including Perry Ellis, golf, lifestyle, and licensed apparel), keeping track of distinct aesthetic guidelines and project timelines.
