Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fashion Designer with strong quality control experience to ensure that the final garments accurately reflect the designer’s sketches, embroidery designs, and creative vision. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing garments throughout the production process and conducting detailed final inspections to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, finishing, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Review sketches, embroidery designs, and technical details and ensure accurate execution on the final garment. Follow up closely with embroidery and production teams to ensure the design is reproduced according to the original creative direction.

Inspect finished dresses and identify any discrepancies, imperfections, or missing details. Check embroidery placement, proportions, symmetry, finishing, stitching, embellishments, and overall garment quality. Ensure that every detail of the garment corresponds to the approved sketch and designer’s vision.

Identify corrections and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure they are properly completed. Conduct final quality checks before garments are approved for delivery or showroom presentation. Maintain a very high standard of finishing, particularly for couture and highly detailed garments.

Provide clear feedback to production and embroidery teams regarding required adjustments. Ensure consistency and quality across multiple garments of the same design. Profile4–6 years of relevant experience in fashion design, garment quality control, couture, embroidery, or production follow-up.

Strong understanding of garment construction, embroidery, embellishment, and finishing techniques. Exceptional attention to detail and a highly developed eye for precision. Ability to compare a finished garment against a sketch and identify even minor discrepancies.
