Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Hosiery Designer role based in New York, NY. The Senior Hosiery Designer will lead the design and development of seasonal hosiery collections across women’s, men’s, and kids’ segments, from concept and mood boards through technical specs and final samples.

Responsibilities include researching market and fashion trends, developing new patterns, yarn combinations, and constructions, and ensuring designs align with brand positioning, target price points, and customer needs. The role will collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and sales teams to translate customer feedback and sales data into commercially strong assortments.

The Senior Hosiery Designer will also partner with factories on sample execution, fit approvals, quality standards, and production handoffs, while mentoring junior designers and contributing to a streamlined, deadline-driven design process.

Qualifications Strong expertise in hosiery and legwear design, including experience with tights, socks, leggings, and specialty products. Proficiency in fashion design tools and methods, such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CAD for textile design, and technical sketching.
