Your Shoes To Fill
Managing new technical solutions all the way through the ideation, planning, prototyping, 3D Construction, Mold Making, preproduction and bulk ready process
You focus especially on mold making and PU related projects and steer tightly internal and external tooling making partners (own mold shop, external tooling engineering offices, external mold makers)Focuses on the development of new (out of the box) constructions and components specified on mainly Orthopedic Products, Professional Footwear and Shoes
Managing component developments with material suppliers starting from testing the sample-material till production feasibility
Hold and extend best knowledge about biomechanics, orthopedic needs, footwear functionality and production technologies
Your Walk Of Life
Education and/or studies in the orthopedic field e. g. shoe/industrial manufacturing, shoe technician, orthopedic technician Min 5 years of working experience in the orthopedic or shoe industry (or related)Know-how of footwear manufacturing methods, construction and materialsexpert Knowledge about orthopedics and biomechanical principles
Skills in Data Management Software and project management
Fit in MS Office
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
