About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Menswear Designer to lead the design and development of Topman's Outerwear and Tailoring categories. This role will be responsible for delivering trend-led, customer-focused collections that balance fashion authority, commercial performance and elevated product execution.

Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Technical, Product Development and Marketing teams, you will drive category vision from initial concept through to final product, ensuring collections reflect Topman's evolving brand direction while maintaining a strong focus on fit, quality and value.

Current category priorities include tailoring, outerwear, leather, suede, formal jackets, coats and occasion dressing. What you're going to do... Lead the design and development of seasonal Outerwear and Tailoring collections.

Research and interpret global fashion trends, cultural movements, catwalk influences and emerging customer behaviours. Build clear seasonal concepts, colour palettes, fabric strategies and key item architectures. Develop commercially viable product ranges that support both brand and business objectives.

Drive innovation in silhouette, fabrication, construction and fit. Create detailed design packs, CA Ds and techn
