You set creative direction and trend forecasting, and work directly with customers, buyers, and their design teams alongside our salespeople, a commercial role as much as a creative one. Your development is the pitch; the order is the outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own creative direction, seasonal trend forecasting, and product development strategy

Engage buyers and their design teams directly, with sales, to convert concepts into orders

Develop design narratives, color stories, and fabric strategies for global fashion cycles

Create mood boards, concepts, and technical specifications for collections

Oversee fabric R&D and embellishment innovation (prints, embroidery, washes)Build, lead, and mentor the design team; set creative and quality benchmarks

Champion sustainability-conscious design aligned with ZDHC and OEKO-TEX standardsHOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED Orders / POs generated from your developments

Hit rate of products developed (samples converted to orders)Repeat and retained appreciation from customers

Photo record of each developed sample, matched to the PO receivedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS8+ years in fashion design and product development, knitwear/apparel focus, with team leadership
