Department: Product Development & Production

Reporting into: Product Development Manager

Location: Our Westfield office in London

Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)Team Size: 5 Employment Type: Permanent

The Product Developer will support the Private Label team in developing Own Label collections from concept through to delivery. The role ensures products are developed efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably, while maintaining the premium design and quality standards of the brand. Key Responsibilities

Manage development process from end-to-end; liaising with suppliers and mills to adhere to critical path timelines

Support factory placement decisions, balancing supplier capabilities, margin targets, and sustainability objectives. Support design in fabric and factory sourcing and re-sourcing as well as development when required

Monitor product development against target pricing and escalate risks or challenges as needed. Maintain sample trackers, BO Ms, and accurate product documentation. Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities across materials, trims, and production
