Position: Senior Product development Associate – AGOLDE MENSFLSA Status: Exempt (Salary)Employment Type: Full Time; Monday - Friday

The Senior Product Development Associate will work with Senior Leadership of the Product development team to coordinate the development and execution of all product categories of the collection from Design through pre-production stage.

Core Competencies:Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet seasonal calendar deadlines with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks or issues and demonstrate strong problem solving skills to resolve roadblocks in collaboration with senior leadership and cross functional departments.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage tasks through completion. Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate priorities within the Product Development team and across cross-functional departments.
