WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Senior Footwear Product Developer for Jordan Promo partners with a high-performing, collaborative team including Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and Asia Factory partners, reporting to the Director of Footwear Product Development, Jordan Promo and Athlete Service.

The Senior Footwear Product Developer models NIKE’s values, elevates team capabilities, and helps set the standard for Jordan Brand product creation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Creation, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.

Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. Minimum 5 years’ footwear product creation, development, engineering, or manufacturing experience. Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proven leadership in complex product development and cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
