Role Description This full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role is based in New York, NY. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop new collections, including activewear and lifestyle pieces, from initial sketches through final samples.

Responsibilities include researching trends, selecting fabrics and trims, creating technical drawings, collaborating with pattern makers, and overseeing fittings to ensure proper fit and quality. The role involves working closely with production and merchandising teams, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining brand consistency across all product categories.

The Fashion Designer will also support the development of embellishments and embroidery details to enhance the brand’s aesthetic. Qualifications Strong Fashion Design skills, including sketching, concept development, and collection building.

Experience with Textiles and fabric selection, including performance materials and activewear-specific fabrics. Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction, with the ability to translate design vision into well-fitting products.

Knowledge of Embroidery and decorative techniques to enhance design details and branding. Understanding of Fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences in activewear and lifestyle apparel. Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
