The Color Design Associate supports the Design Managers and VP of Design in creating seasonal color palettes and visual assets, as well as in managing dip and basic pattern development and approvals. Reporting into the Design Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our color and pattern are internally executed and externally experienced by our customers.

Success in this role will be defined by a precise focus on maintaining bulk color consistency and ensuring pattern continuity and accuracy across the collection. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who values feedback as a tool for growth.
