com . What will you do? A day in the life of a Senior Designer – Men’s Apparel , at The North Face looks a little like this. You work on elevating design expression and creating best-in-class product designs in the Men’s Tops & Bottoms category , with a high level of aesthetic competence .

You’re a highly influential member of the design team who balances strong creativity with an ability to deliver. You’re expected to work well independently, driving design decisions. You will work on product that is built for Snow / Climb / Trail, and also lifestyle product that is inspired by these territories.

You lead seasonal research and insights, presentation tools, concepts, design deliverables, and product design. You’re a collaborative member of the design team and work well with cross functional partners. You drive and inspire design ideas with a focus on craftsmanship and excellence .

You are experienced at presenting design work to a large audience in a highly compelling way. You give and receive objective constructive feedback. You have a highly advanced understanding for brand aesthetic, DNA, materials and technologies, fit and silhouette, in support of consumer and business needs.
