WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for a Technical Design Manager to join the Jordan Apparel Product Creation team. In this role, you will be both a player and a coach, owning some complex product and managing a team of Technical Designers/Developers.

You will guide the apparel creation process to ensure timely commercialization and best-in-class product. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and coaching abilities, positive attitude and a team-oriented mentality.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? As a Technical Design/Development Manager, you will help execute global development strategy to dimensional strategies. You will also partner with cross functional counterparts to establish best practices and digital product creation process alignment.

We want you to guide your team throughout the product creation process, lending your expertise while supervising progress and be a resource to your team. You will lead and influence calendar, manage overarching changes and exceptions.

A typical day/week includes leading your team meetings and being a resource for your Technical Designers/Developers, whilst managing your own style count. You will attend meetings with cross-functional partners and provide clear communication to guide the team through critical checkpoints.
