We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Leather Goods Designer to join our Leather Goods Design team within a British leather goods and lifestyle brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer with a passion for craftsmanship, materials, and contemporary product design across handbags, small leather goods, jewellery, gifting, and lifestyle accessories.

Working closely with the Senior Leather Goods Designers, Product Development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible for creating innovative and commercially relevant designs from concept through to development, ensuring alignment with the Mulberry brand vision, aesthetic, and customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:Design and develop seasonal collections across handbags, small leather goods, jewellery, gifting, and lifestyle categories. Research seasonal inspiration, market trends, materials, colours, trims, and competitor activity to inform product direction.

Generate and present innovative design concepts through hand sketching, digital renderings, and 3D mock-ups. Create technical specification sheets and detailed design documentation to support product development and manufacturing.

Produce high-quality Photoshop renderings and visual presentations for design reviews and stakeholder meetings. Drive handbag construction devel
