Role Description The CMF Designer – Contemporary Women Fashion & Lifestyle (All CGs) is a hybrid role based in Berlin. This role focuses on designing and developing contemporary women’s fashion and lifestyle collections, with a strong emphasis on color, material, and finishing (CMF) across all Fashion groups.
Day-to-day tasks include researching trends, fabrics, and finishes, creating CMF concepts and mood boards, and translating insights into detailed design specifications that align with brand and market requirements. The CMF Designer collaborates closely with fashion designers, product developers, and sourcing partners to ensure design intent is effectively realized in samples and production.
Responsibilities also include participating in fittings, reviewing prototypes, refining details such as embroidery and trims, and supporting quality and sustainability standards throughout the design lifecycle. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion concepts for contemporary women’s apparel and lifestyle products. Hands-on experience with Textiles, including fabric types, prop
